After that
brief introduction, we will now move on to an aspect of our favourite Master that perhaps
not everybody knows, i.e. that he is a grand connoisseur and appreciator of beer, and of
alcohol in general (to stop short of saying that he’s just about an alcoholic…)
His favourite
beer (after Sake, of course) is Bavaria 8.6% (!!), but he can find space in his big,
alcoholic heart also for Tennent’s Scotch (9%!!!).
As you’ll
have no doubt noticed, these two beers are almost superalcoholic, and both will bring the
‘gifts’ of Happosai: i.e. after drinking a certain quantity (1/2 a litre or
more), other than getting exceptionally hammered, if you find yourself close to a girl,
you start hitting on her shamelessly, as only He can do! I know – it seems
incredible, but before such miracles, our limited understanding can only subsist on faith.
As you’ll have already gathered - at least I think so – this has happened many
times to me, and it hasn’t always been pretty.
